Purpose

The purpose of the pessep.com website is the online sale of solar eclipse observation glasses certified according to standard EN ISO 12312-2:2015, with CE marking, Category II Personal Protective Equipment according to Regulation (EU) 2016/425, as well as solar observation accessories.

Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the website including, but not limited to: the PESSEP brand, the logo, texts, images, photographs, graphic designs, source code and any other element; are owned by SEMYP, S.L.N.E. or are used with the authorization of their legitimate owners. Their total or partial reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation is prohibited without the express written consent of the owner.

Responsibility for product use

The product marketed is Personal Protective Equipment subject to Regulation (EU) 2016/425. The owner is not responsible for damages derived from the improper use of the product, failure to comply with safety instructions or the use of the product under conditions other than those foreseen by the manufacturer and warned in the use leaflet, the product marking and the conditions published on the website.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the access or use of the website, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile, when the consumer has such status, or of the owner's domicile, in all other cases.
