General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the contractual relationship between SEMYP, S.L.N.E. (hereinafter, "the Seller") and individuals or legal entities who purchase products through the pessep.com website (hereinafter, "the Customer"). Placing an order implies full and complete acceptance of these terms.

Territorial scope of sale
The sale and shipment of products are limited to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. The Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are expressly excluded, as they are subject to a different tax and customs regime.
Prices
Product prices are expressed in euros and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping costs are detailed in the corresponding section and are shown to the Customer before order confirmation.
Product
Solar eclipse observation glasses certified according to standard EN ISO 12312-2:2015, with CE marking, Category II Personal Protective Equipment according to Regulation (EU) 2016/425. Products are sold both individually and in packs, with a limit of ten (10) units per order. For orders over ten units, the Customer must contact the Seller through the form available on the website for B2B sales management, including the issuance of an invoice with a breakdown of VAT.
Payment methods
Credit or debit card through Shopify Payments, Bizum, and PayPal. The charge will be made at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping costs
€3.99 per order. Shipping will be free for purchases of ten (10) units or more.
Delivery method
Shipments are made via Correos, LIGERO modality, with delivery to the mailbox at the address indicated by the Customer within an estimated period of 24 to 48 working hours from order confirmation.
Order deadline
In order to guarantee delivery before the solar eclipse on August 12, 2026, orders with guaranteed delivery will be accepted until August 7, 2026, inclusive. Orders placed between August 8 and August 10, 2026, will be accepted without guarantee of delivery before the eclipse; the Customer expressly acknowledges this circumstance when confirming the purchase during this period. As of August 11, 2026, no orders will be accepted until after the eclipse.
Product use
The purchased product is Personal Protective Equipment intended for direct observation of the sun during solar eclipses. The Customer agrees to follow the safety instructions published in the brochure accompanying the product, including, among others: (i) inspecting the product before each use and not using it if it shows damage, scratches, wrinkles, or perforations; (ii) not using the product in combination with optical instruments (binoculars, telescopes, SLR or mirrorless cameras with telephoto lenses, or other light-concentrating devices); (iii) continuous adult supervision when used by minors.
Legal guarantee of conformity
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for three (3) years from delivery, as provided for in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, in its wording given by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021.
Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law, including Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU).
