Returns and Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal

Customers who qualify as consumers or users, in accordance with Article 3 of the TRLGDCU, have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract, without needing to justify their decision and without any penalty, in accordance with Article 102 of the TRLGDCU.

Exception for health and hygiene reasons

In accordance with Article 103, letter e), of the TRLGDCU, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery, when for reasons of health protection or hygiene they are not suitable for return. Given that the solar observation glasses marketed by PESSEP are Personal Protective Equipment whose integrity and suitability for their intended use cannot be guaranteed once the sealed packaging has been opened, returns due to withdrawal will only be accepted for products that are unopened, with the original packaging intact and in perfect resale condition.

Withdrawal procedure

The Customer must communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract by email to info@pessep.com, indicating the order number and their identification details. Once the communication is received, the Seller will provide the Customer with instructions for returning the product.

Cost of return

The direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Customer. The Customer expressly assumes this cost by accepting these Conditions.

Refund

Once the product is received in the described conditions and its state is verified, the Seller will proceed to refund the amount paid, including initial shipping costs, using the same payment method used by the Customer, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the returned product.

Defective or non-conforming product

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, the Customer has the legal guarantee of conformity of three (3) years provided for in the TRLGDCU. In case of receiving a defective or non-conforming product, the Customer must report it to info@pessep.com attaching a photograph of the defect and the order number. The Seller will proceed with the replacement or refund of the product at no cost to the Customer, at the Customer's discretion, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.

Returns after August 12, 2026

The right of withdrawal provided for in the TRLGDCU remains applicable for fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt of the product, regardless of the date of the eclipse. The Customer is reminded that, as indicated in the preceding paragraphs, returns will only be accepted for products that are unopened and have their original packaging intact.
